728x90 반응형 세포 떼기1 [분자 생물학] Cell detachment 안녕하세요~ 이번에 포스팅할 내용은 Cell detachment입니다. Cell detachment는 당연히 Adhesion cell에만 해당합니다. Suspension cell은 기본적으로 부착을 안하기 때문에 상관 없지만 Adhesion cell은 subculture 시 flask나 dish에서 떼어내야합니다. Adhesion cell은 원래 in vivo에서는 ECM(extracellular matrix)에 달라 붙어있고 adhesion molecule이 부착하고 있습니다. cell이 전체적으로 붙어 있는건 아니고 integrin 들이 몰려 있어서 그 쪽 부분에서 부착하는데 이것을 Focal adhesion이라고 합니다.
